What you can contact us about

Corrections and feedback

If a step in one of our guides is wrong, outdated, or confusing, please tell us. In your message, include the link to the article, the step or sentence that needs attention, your Windows version and build number if you know it, and what actually happened. This lets us verify and fix the guide faster.

Topic requests

Tell us which Windows problem or setting you would like us to explain. The more specific the request, the better. For example, "Bluetooth headset connects but has no sound on Windows 11" is more useful than "Bluetooth problems".

Business and partnership inquiries

We consider sponsorship, advertising, and affiliate partnerships that are relevant to our readers. Any paid or sponsored relationship will be clearly disclosed, and it will never change what we say about how to fix a problem. We do not sell positive reviews.

Privacy requests

To ask about, access, correct, or delete personal information we may hold, for example a newsletter subscription, email us with the subject line "Privacy Request". See our Privacy Policy for details.

If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, email us with the page link, a description of the material, and proof of ownership, and we will review it promptly.

What we cannot help with

WinSolveTech is a publication, not a repair service. We cannot provide one to one technical support, remote access to your computer, data recovery services, or software license keys. If your problem is urgent or involves data you cannot afford to lose, contact a qualified technician or your device manufacturer, and stop using an affected drive until you have advice.

A note on scams

We will never ask for your password, payment details, or remote access to your device. If someone contacts you claiming to represent WinSolveTech and asks for any of these, do not respond.
